Upset stomach
Hello , I always have a bad stomach and from my ayurvedic doctor I got to know it's because of pith . Whenever I have something like roti and bread and all I feel the same upset stomach and body feels so weak . I reall don't feel the strength in my body I am 27 years old . I want some Permanent solution for the same . Also I get the headache at the front lobe of my head just don't know is it because of this ... I don't know something I feel like feverish ....

Dear, it seems your digestion is poor. Your liver enzymes need to be checked. Also if you take food at irregular intervals or consume junk food or less hydration, then these may be one of the reasons.
