  4. Upperlips wax. Properly. please help.

Upperlips wax
I waxed my upperlips on 3 Feb. It wasn't hot but my skin turned red and ever since the skin has turned dark in that area. It is very stretchy now and i can't move my upper lip properly. Please help.
