Upperback muscle pain .
Since two years, most of the days in a month I'm having upperback pain sometimes it goes away on its own for 5 to 10 days. While bending my head backwards my upperback hurts and also in right side of sternum I feel pain at one point. MRI shows loss of cervical lordosis.
Chest X-ray is normal. Dr's recommend me pregabalin, flexabenz ,zerodol mr, tramadol, but nothing works.
Note: vitamin D3 18.7, B12 128. (On medication from 20 days).
Please help me out I'm in distress.

- Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
- Keep no pillow under the head.
