Upper stomach pain with left hand

Hi doctors, Good Day...!!! I am having upper abdomen pain along with left hand pain . I went to doctor and he suggest me to have ecg and 2decho .note ecg is normal and attaching the 2d echo kindly help me.also done TMT 15days back which came normal.

In the context of your symptoms and the reports upper abdominal pain and left shoulder pain or not associated symptoms. Kindly explain if the pain is related to your meals or exertional symptoms. They can be associated with gastritis or addictions if any. Kindly consult a Gastro medicine for above-mentioned symptoms. ECG echo and TMT has good sensitivity to rule out Cardiac’s symptoms.

Next Steps

Avoid spicy foods, stop addictions if any, take antacids.
