Upper right side abdomen pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Respected sir I am suffering little brain abdomen upper right side .I feel pain after eat the meal for some time since 3 to 4 months my weight loose down 6 to 7 kg I am very stressed why my weight is losing down. ultrasound report is normal and lft report show sgpt and sgot over 50 and bilirubin directt .22

[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic.
