Again after spending time in my office where the temperature is very very cold the problem reoccurred ,but no swelling just stuffy nose and facial pain and pain in the region where I had swollen node. Again i started the course and became alright.
Again i spent time in AC where temperature is freezing my palms turn cold i have stuffy nose, pain surrounding my ear and nodal area.

Since u have mentioned that you get these symptoms when exposed to cold temperature u could maybe take some precautions like turning down the temperature, changing ur seat at office to a less cooler place and also by wearing warmer clothing so that the temperature doesn’t affect u as much.
