Hello , please mention how the pain started? Was it suddenly or after a fall or after gyn activity. Its difficult to advise as its unclear about the onset of your pain . I would suggest to show it to an orthopaedic doctor or an physiotherapist who can assess you and decide for the next step and can know the exact reason for the pain .
