Hi am suffering from upper back and right shoulder blade pain since one year due to an ugly fight happened where i got hit in the shoulder blade..since then my life is completely shattered am always on pain 24*7 ..initially there was heavy shoulder blade pain. I had MRI cervical spine and it was completely clean and doctor suggested physiotherapy and told me there are disc bulges and it is normal...after few months upper back pain started like burning pain, shooting pain and needles..sometimes pain gets in lower back but rarely...again went to doctor he said i have fibromyalgia..am getting different opinions from doctors..i just don't know whats happening but my pain is still there...i can not sleep as well due to this pain..i had various pain killers and i have tried acupuncture as well but relief was temporary..
