Upper back pain
Getting upper back pain exactly behind chest in the early morning from a week which make me unable to sleep and it goes away after few minutes of sitting and also getting tensed easily which is resulting in pain and tightness in under arm and rib cages

U take vayu gulika/ dhanvantaram pills two at bedtime with warm water. Eat plenty of veg,fruits,sprouts daily. Walk exercise,yoga for an hour daily. Drink plenty of water,liquids fluids. Give a gap of 2 hrs min. For  sleeping after dinner.

Your problems r due to Vata VIkrati, Take Tab Ashvagandha Himalaya drug 1 bid, Kanchanar guggul 2 tabs bid, Massage with Rumasyl oil Zandu gently,hot fomentation, Drink lukewarm water

Hi this is might be due to T vertebral  spondylosis or muscle spasm. If it's in between middle back to neck then might be due to muscle spasm.ayurvedic treatment in both the condition is safe , effective & provides you long-term relief.
