Hello First try to follow proper ergonomics. That's the reason for your pain. Try to use pillow between chair and low back.it will help and will not strain the back muscles. For pain relief use hot water fermentation twice a day. Apply diclofenac gel. Try to do stretches for the upper back, lower back.

Yes posture seems to be the problem. If there is burning type pain use ice, wrapped in towel for 15 minutes... If stiff heat works fine. Again 15minutes... Sitting: Bottom back into chair. Break every 40 minutes.
Next Steps
have a physiotherapy appointment and start some stretches and range based exercises. - cobra stretch for 10 sec 10 reps usually works reasonably as it is in the opposite side of sitting posture. A full assessment would fascilitate a physiotherapist to provide you with an exercise program
Health Tips
avoid standing massage as sometimes some areas could be injured due to excess pressure

Use hot water fermentation three times a day 10 min-15min. Do exercises for neck and shoulder. Strengthening exercises for neck and shoulder. Stretching for neck.
