Your upper back pain could be Mainly due to bad posture ..
Correct that posture by adjusting your work station..
Lot of ice over the painful area frequently help you to reduce pain..
Roll your back over a foam roller to get mobilised and reduce tension..stretch your chest and shoulder and lower back as well to feel good..
