Upper back pain and chest stiffness
Having upper back pain and chest stiffness for 5 months, to clarify visited cardio doctor and done cardio evaluation test like ecg, echo, tmt and lipid profile test except border line cholesterol and BP, all are normal. To take 2nd opinion visited one more cardio doctor he also commented the same like nothing to worry. Only lifestyle change and reducing weight will help. Visited ortho doctor he said pain is because of muscle spasm and postural issue. I am taking bp tablet prolomet xl 25 ml for the last 1.5 months. Visited general physician lady week, she assessed and said it is because of post covid dysautonomia or POTS and I have to take ANS Dysfunction test. Don't know what it is only. My worry is why my pain upper back pain and chest stiffness is not going. Can anyone kindly suggest what to do next. I bcum very anxious and not able to live my life peacefully. Always having fear of heart issue.

As you have said TMT ECG and echo is normal so the probability of this being a heart issues is less When we have such complaints Spinal cord issue or lung issues can cause pain We can treat it with medications for few days and see the response If the medications don't help we can do MRI spine and HRCT chest to look at your spine and Lungs
