Hello dr. i m 34 weeks pregnant with twins..i have upper abdominal pain and frequent motion..my dr prescribed me drotin m tab for pain..is this safe medicine in pregnancy?..can i take this medicine..m worried plz help

Yes drotin is safe, may be because of infection you are getting problem,take tab mox 500 mg two times a day for three days and tab sporlac ds two tables daily for three days, take plenty of water, avoid oily spicy food, take bland diet, avoid stress, please update me .
