Unwell after covid vaccine

I got vaccinated today in afternoon and I am too sick now with nausea,low grade fever,body pain and arm pain. I took sinarest medicine. Is it safe to take this medicine? What alternatives are there?

This is quite common to have fever,nausea and body pain post vaccination.Its a good sign don't worry it will be over in 2-3 days. Yes you can take sinarest. Stay hydrated, take vitamins and minerals rich diet.
