Unwanted thick hair on face. Results.

I have thick hair on chin and upper lips area. On chicks near ear. I had undergone laser hair reduction (total 11 session) ay well known clinic in Ahmedabad. I have invested 22 thousand and I was very happy with results during the treatment. But as soon as i stoped the treatment i have noticed hair growth coming back and within 2-3 months its almost like previous growth before treatment. I have also undergone some test which doctor suggested. It was normal according to doctor. My testosterone level was 51ng/dL ( ideally it should be below 55ng/dL). I am not taking any medicine and all the test was normal. I am tired using other hair removal treatment and it also impacting my confidence level at my work place. Kindly please suggest what to do to have satisfactory results. As have already invested money that to at very good dermatology clinic at Ahmedabad. I am willing to undergo other treatments but this time if it has promising results.
