We had sex on 27th early morning and my girlfriend took an ipill the same night. We had unprotected sex again on 29th. Will the ipill still work or should she take another pill.

But it's more important that on which day of menes u did unprotected sex?
Because unprotected sex near her ovulation day have maximum chance of fertilisation.
So I advice u to wait and watch for her next menes date. If she missed her regular period date than do urinary pregnancy test with morning urine sample and inform me result for further advise.
