Took ipill but no withdrawal bleed
My period is irregular..last period started on 10 th jan 2025 than 21 jst jan early morning i had unprotected intimacy and took ipill on 21 st night within 24 hr ..i also took some antacid but on 30th jan started cramps in lower abdomen minor leg pain but no bleeding ...its a sign of early pregnancy or my period about to come ?? Antacid omee affect the accuracy of ipill??

The antacid will not affect with the efficacy of the emergency pill
You need to understand the high failure rate of emergency pill
Despite taking the pill you can be pregnant
Withdrawal bleeding is just a side effect and Side effects may not always manifest
You need a pregnancy test in case you skip your periods and do not get it by 11th of February
