Unwanted Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've missed my period on August-24 and I was involved in sex With my partner on August-3rd. Till now I haven't got my period. And the pregnancy test kit was shown positive. I don't want this unwanted pregnancy and also we don't like involve our families in this matter. Pls help who will take care of such issues around mehidipatnam area.
