Missed period
Hello, I’m a 21-year-old female. I missed my period for September. My last period started on August 22. I had regular cycles in June, July, and August. The last time I had sex was in May, and since then, my cycles have been regular until now. I recently had a urinary tract infection (UTI) and was prescribed trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole by my doctor. I completed the course but may need to take it again this month as advised. Could the missed period be related to the infection or the antibiotics? Are there other possible reasons for the delay besides pregnancy? What should I do next?

You can miss your period once or twice in a year without any obvious pathology that is due to stress /weight fluctuations etc Provided your pregnancy test is negative. Infection or antibiotics are not related to missed periods If you don't resume your periods the coming month you require to get your self evaluated. Consult for further guidance

It is not likely to be due to the urinary tract infection or due to the medicine. Please do your urine pregnancy test and consult a Gynaecologist with the report. It could be one odd time that you missed your periods without any obvious cause.
