Unwanted pregnancy fear

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had my last period on august 6 2018 had sex on 14 september till date no periods checked for pregnancy twice in first week of October it came out negative now I'm taking susten 400mg as advised by a doc when usually I get irregular periods what will be the effect of susten I'm I pregnant if pregnant what to do can abortion be done by orally taking medicine at this point of time or a hospital visit is essential
