Please be a little careful about your punctuation. It is 43 days since your wife had a Caesarean. I presume that she has not started her periods yet. Please give her one tablet I pill. I pill has its own problems but still it is safer than having a D&C within two months of a Caesarean. It is quite possible that she may not conceive in spite of no treatment but an i pill is a safe alternative. Also get her a Copper T fitted.
