Unwanted hairs under chin & on upper lip

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My age is 23 & weight is 41kgs.I've been suffering from unwanted hair around my chin & on upper lip from past 2 years for that I went to vlcc centre for laser treatment before doing it they told me that it may caused due to pcod so they want me to meet gynaecologist & take some test about it I didn't went to any doctor. 2 years back I aborted..so this is the reason I got the unwanted hairs..?? Please tell me the solution & what tests will be done for it??
