Unwanted 72- cold

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife had taken unwanted 72 on 15th August within 20 hrs of unprotected sex and after 3 days she had Crocin,pantop 40 and vitamin B complex because of fever and mouth ulcer. She still didn’t got any early bleeding and her period is due by 29th of August. Is there any chances of contraception not working because of paracetamol and vitamins tablets taken?

Today is 24 th means 25: th day of period.Do pregnancy test by blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding or wait for few days.
