Unwanted 72 and it’s aftereffects

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My normal duration of period is 5-6 days with 3 days of heavy flow and then from the 4 th days the flow gets slower but I had an unprotected sex in the month of November then I took unwanted 72 on the next day itself and after that I had my withdrawal period but then after that for about 3-4 months continuously I’m having periods for 2-3 days every month with heavy flow for one day only. What is the problem?
