2nd period after unwanted 72. 72 pill.

My gf's period ended on 4 may we had been physical  5 may but not penetration but she gave me a handjob and I ejaculated on my hands and washed my hands with normal tape water... Then after 10 mins we I fingered her vagina... After 40 hours she took unwanted 72 just to be safe ... Then she had little light spotting on 17 may but it stopped on the same day ....her expected period date was 27 but she started bleeding on 22 with quite heavy flow but dard brown colour with no pain it lasted complete 5-6 days so we considered it periods her 2nd period now should be on 18 June but it didn't happened on 23 June we did home pregnancy test 3 times all were negative... But today is 1 July and she still hasn't got her periods... Please guide us is she pregnant or it's the side effect of unwanted 72 pill ...
