I got scratched by 45 days unvaccinated puppy no blood no wound only minor red one mm line I got tetanus and anti rabies vaccine after 60 hours puppy is having loose motion and vomiting which vet says not related to rabies but I am anxious is 60 hours too late please answer

You said that the pup is 45 days old. Was the pup with you since birth?
If so there is no cause for concern because pup didn't get a chance to mix with other dogs, so there is no chance of the pup being infected. You can observe the pup all the time.
