Unusually warm body & temp. little raise

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Hello Dr., my son is 1 year and 4 months. He is feeling very warm on his head, back and palm for 2 days. But when I checked his temperature many times it was normal( 98.5-98.8) only once it was 100.5 then I gave him dolo -3.5 ml. After that it got normal but his body is very much warm. Please tell me what is the reason? is it fever?I'm very much worried about him.

Kindly don't self medicate, kindly keep the child well hydrated and well fed. If he develops fever again and any other symptoms kindly take him to the pediatrician so that he can be evaluated and treated accordingly.
