Unusually darker Palms

Asked for Male, 23 Years

For abt 3 yrs now i have unusually darker palms, i moved to mumbai around that time. One of the doctor i consulted said it is because of the sea. Once you move to some other place, it will away by time. i've been in bangalore for abt 4 mths now and i don't see any improvement.
