Body temperature is increasing and I've used a tablet and it cools down but after a certain time it is increasing I've checked my bp it is 80 what should I do to overcome this

The information you have given is very wrong.
Blood pressure cannot be just 80.
It should be two values.
You haven't mentioned what tablets you have taken.
Get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
