I’ve been having pain on my right side of the stomach, I get frequent feelings of nausea but never throw up, I feel cold all the time which isn’t normal for me, and I feel light headed often. I have no idea if these are symptoms of pregnancy.

First do a pregnancy test If positive then the gastritis like symptoms may be due to this Anyway you should get a check up to find out the cause
