Frequent urination and abdominal pain,

My partner have ipills but still she feel like get pregnant,, she feel vomiting, headache, frequently urine, abdominal pain, hand and feet burning, we have take HCG test on 2and 3 week after intercourse but it was negative... did she pregnant or side effects of ipills?
