Unusual flow
I'm on my periods and today is my 3rd day. For the last 2 days there was no flow, all I can see is some brown reddish lump of blood that didn't quite make it to the pad even and today on my 3rd day of periods I'm having so much leg pain and also I can feel pain in my vaginal area, it feels like it's stuck . I'm having parsley tea but I don't think it's working effectively. Any suggestions that can give a kick to my flow?

Parsley tea will not help There are no suggestions to give  a kick to your flow You first need investigations to understand why you are not bleeding normally and why is it only spotting If you are sexually active you need a pregnancy test If not you require an ultrasound and blood work up

If it is a change in the timing or flow or cyclicity of your periods, then pregnancy and hormonal dysfunction should be ruled out. This can be done only with a at least online consultation for better understanding of the detail history and help.
