Unnatural hairfall

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I suffered from Chikungunya and broke my leg 2 months ago.Now I've been having unusual hairfall for last 6-7 days. Around 500 strands of hair is falling each time I brush my hair. I am applying Minoxidil 2% for 2 times a day as my skin specialist suggested me before,but it's not working.Plz help me,I am feeling horrible thinking about my bald look.
