Unknown substances coming through skin

This is very hard to explain but I will try. First off, I am not delusional are crazy, I have witnesses to what is happening, pictures & samples. I have a strange substance, really a few, coming through my skin. One looks like water kind of but is real sticky At first you might think i'm sweating are something but I usually know when& where it is going to happen because I either start itching or get a stinging sensation in the general area.
