Unintentional weight loss!
After my second round of triple therapy for hpylori, my stomach has been better, but even though i eat enough, i am having weight loss! I track my weight daily and it seems to be reducing!
Also after the treatment i am having frequent urination! Mire during afternoon.
Idk what is happening, m scared. Is this expected?
Please guide me.

See there can be symptoms like gi upset or increase in diarrhea episodes . But good that you have completed your treatment course .
For frequent urination : slowly it will improve but if it doesn't and you need to pee every 2hourly , kindly consult then .
Now increase your water intake ( prefer taking ORS 3L/day for next 4-5 days )
Next Steps
After 4weeks of completion of treatment : Get urea breath test done for documentation of H.pylori eradication from you .
Continue pan40 for next few days but stop 10 days before going for this test
Health Tips
If you anytime develop excessive diarrhea of more than 5ep daily with abdominal cramps : get CBC done and if there is Increase in TLC : consult me on practo here .
