Since I hit puberty my hair conditioner changed, I never had normal hair. My hair has always been very thick and dense and super rough, my natural hair is wavy but the texture doesnt come because I washed hair with hard water (for 5 years) and I also got seborrheic dermatitis (diagnosed at 14)
I havent been able to find a shampoo that suits my hair, and till now (at 17) my hair feels dry, rough, and greasy just a day after wash. What do I do?

Okay so you have dry and frizzy hair with a greasy scalp. Scalp becomes greasy because of the excess oil production which then helps fungal growth on your scalp leading to seborrheic dermatitis.
General measures for a healthy scalp-
Taking headbath once in 3 days.
Do not apply any shampoo directly on the scalp, it should be diluted in water before applying.
Avoid overnight oil application to the scalp(that can exacerbate the dandruff), oil can be applied to length of hair to control frizziness.
Oil application to the scalp can be done 2 hours before taking headbath only...not overnight.
Use a good conditioner to control the frizziness of hairs.
Next Steps
If there is severe itching and flaking of scalp, can send a photo for further evaluation and treatment.
