Uneven thighs

I lost over 110lbs in under 3 yrs about several yrs ago. I am 19 yrs old. I have always had inner thighs that were grossly and very noticibly different and are both lumpy looking. Even at my fittest they never went away. It is causing me lots of emotional stress. How do i get rid of this?
