Past 2 months am having this problem that uneven skin tone particularly around eyes and severe black spot on my nose. And some small skin peels on my nose..

Stop all parlour procedures or any use of cosmetics  or local creams if you are doing or using. Start using suncross aqua gel 2 to 3 times a day . For even tone you can go for chemical peel .
