Uneven skin tone
My face looks fair but my hands and waist are dark in colour.I have used many creams but they used to make my face even more fairer leaving my hands and waist uneffected.Since only my hands will be exposed to sun and my waist will be covered, I believe that the dark skin tone may not be because of skin exposure. Can anyone please help me what can I do for even and fair skin tone?
