First start with good sunscreen it will make ur skin tanning relieved and will definitely help in getting rid of uneven skin tone and plus still u remain unsatisfied then go for peeling with /or dermabrasion

Peeling would be a good option... There are creams for it too... Kindly consult online with relevant photographs for proper diagnosis and management
