Uneven skin around chin and nose

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My 3 month old baby skin is becoming uneven on face.. I see white skin around chin and nose.. Doctor suggested to use dermadew aloe Vera for twice or thrice a day.. will it improves my child's skin. Please suggest.
