  4. Uneven darker skin on face. Or reversed?

Uneven darker skin on face
My face n neck skin tone is way darker thsn my rest of the body. it may be due to tanning during childhood sun exposure n swimming. it teally looks odd. i wanna know if this can be completely treated or reversed??? pls help

These parts are darker due to direct exposure to sunlight. Yes it can be treated though it'll take time. And a little bit expensive.
