Girl child 17 yrs often uneasy with cold. Thyroid profile result T3184,T4 9.1, TSH above 20..Friend pharmacist advised to consult ENT doctor, before starting Eltro xin25mg tablet. Pl advise on this.

She seems to be suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism. Usually this condition is not symptomatic and cold might not be because of thyroid status. She needs to be started on low dose thyroid replacement therapy. You need to consult specialist before starting treatment
