I am 30 years old. My BMI is very low.. I want to gain weight for proper BMI. Loss of Appétite is the problem. I got CBC test done reports are normal. Please SUGGEST how to gain weight.

Follow proper diet, u need high calorie diet, include more protein ( eggs if ur non veg, paneer/tofu paneer if ur veg) , take sprouts, during plenty of water, you can do some weight lifting so you can develop lean muscle, as you progress to lift heavy weights add whey protein , your overall protein intake should be around 1- 1.5gm per kg. All you need is dedication , if u follow sincerely you will see difference in 3 months and in 6 months you will be a different.
