To increase weight u should be disease free and should have good appetite. if everything is good then u need to follow a nutritious diet plan. U should avoid spicy food items and should take proper sleep at night. U may consult me for diet plan and herbal tips to increase weight.

Hello, you are just 18. In the coming years you will definitely gain weight. You may take Vidaryadi leham or Ajamamsa rasayanam 1 teaspoon at night followed by a glass of milk. Exercise regularly, especially weight training. Thank you.

what's you height? please compare BMI first. then think is there any requirement to gain weight at this age upto 60, because further weight gain in future can be troublesome then. I think rather than to inc weight u might want to Inc vigour, which can be worked out.
