I am having 35 % BMI need to reduce 7 Kg
I having excess fat and looking fat so after consulting with GH doctor in My area I lost 2 Kg
in two months by following vegan diet and little bit exercise .
I am taking reshape 120 orlistat tablets and still continuing it and diet as well . I just want to reduce more weight from 78 KG to 65 Kg can you please suggest if I can have any other medication to follow.
I am having food after calories calculations
I need to reduce atleast another 7 Kg in 3 months.
Now I am 78 Kg. 165 cm or 5 feet 6 inch I'm height .
