Hi Doctor, I'm a 20 year old male. 5'10" tall, I only weigh 54 kilos. I've tried consuming more food than usual, I even consumed a mass gainer shake consisting of milk, bananas, oats and whey protein for more than a month, along with moderate weight lifting exercises. However I noticed no difference in weight. Before I make another attempt, I want to make sure that there isn't any medical condition that's keeping me from gaining weight. What tests would you recommend?
