For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. There is either something wrong in the diet or in the training. The diet must be high protein and high fats, otherwise there won't be any muscle growth. High fat intake is essential for muscle gain. Lots of not so educated Dietitians will recommend you to eat more carbohydrates which is absolutely not scientific and logical. Please take a diet from a sports nutrition expert. Eating excess of carbohydrates will not at all help you gain muscles. Remember carbohydrates are bad for health. Eating lots of fats will help. I am am experienced Sports Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer and you may contact me via Practo or Google/Maps which is more convenient to get a diet made for your goals.
Next Steps
Please contact me via Practo or Google Maps for a muscle gain diet.
