Underweight baby diet food
Hi my baby birth weight was 2.800 after 6 month it was 6 kg but after that she completed 10 month her weight is just 6.700 . She has acid reflux problem and she vomit atleast once. We are giving her mug dal khichadi,nachni,dal rice and tried chapati as well but chapati she vomitted so we are mainly focusing on khichadi with different veggies in it . Can you suggest what else can we do to her looking at vomit problem and in what quantity right now we arr giving her 200 ml per time * 4 time please specify quantity with food

Hi Can give her home made almond banana milk shake, smoothies made of fruits, strained fruit juices, rice kheer nicely mashed with banana, sweet potato kheer also, ravva Kesari jaggery milk , badam halwa, dates halwa , dry fruit soft laddoo etc..in small quantities more frequently with little meal gaps of not more than 2 hours, can give water also for drinking in between, good sleep and rest, afternoon naps..etc are useful in gaining weight.

U include cooked vegetables mashed in the meal. Same qty 150 ml per time,and  make twice  a day .Inbetween u can give half banana robusta,apple milkshake,or a mashed potato with a pinch of salt,or a any soft food plain ravaupma,poha with milk,/ curd,idli dosa kheer,ravajaggery halwa. with ghee./cooked roti in milk,rusk in milk. Also 200 ml water inbetween,perday.
