Underweight & PCOS
Pcos was detected 8 months ago & also underweight (37kgs). pcos treatment is running, bt weight is still being a problem. I used to take frequent meal as I can't take heavy meal at a time. I have to increase my weight as well as muscle mass. please guide me, and I would be thankful if any suppliments can be provided.
